how can phrack issues 62 be out befor 01 July 2004 ?? and on there website www.phrack.org they said that it will be out on : Deadline: 01 July 2004 at 11:59pm

As for the Unoffical issues this is what phrack is saying about them :

A lot of imitators showed up. Some of the articles are quite entertaining and the quality has increased. The best fakes deserve to be mirrored. w0rd.

It's fake. Also, check the date of the first post you're replying to... This was discussed nearly a year ago.
