Nine Inch Nails' New Album (2004)

Here is some top-secret unofficial but confirmed information for all you NiN fans:
    • The new album will be called "BLEEDTHROUGH".
    • The music will be closest to that of "Broken", an album by Nine Inch Nails from the early 90s. Basically, the music will be much more raw and loud than "The Fragile".
    • Trent is fed up with the 'perfect sound' of pro-tools and other software and has recorded this album with alternative methods.
    • You will all hear about this more when "Alternative Press Magazine" of December hits stands with the new top 25 anticipated arists/albums of 2004.
    • Bleedthrough.net is now owned by Nothing Records.
Rick Rubin, Atticus Ross, Leo Herrera and several other people were involved in the production of this album.

I've got all the Halo's and the video set. It'll be nice to have something new in the mix.

BW: Quake soundtrack was the best!

Anyone who loves Roger Waters as much as Trent Reznor is definitely cool in my book

(you see, everything eventually comes back to Pink Floyd)

          More breaking news!
          • A companion mini-new album will also be release called "PANTYLINER (with Wings) ".
          • All lyrics wiil be sung by the newly reconstituted Banarama. The music will be closest to that of "Cruel Summer", an album by Banarama from the early 90s. Basically, the music will be much more bitchier, strident, and with a heavier base than "Cruel Summer".
          • Trent is fed up with carrying feminine hygene products and going to the CVS to get said products and has recorded BLEEDTHROUGH in protest. PANTYLINER provides the opposite viewpoint.
          • You will all hear about this more when "Alternative Press Magazine" of December hits stands with the new top 25 anticipated arists/albums of 2004.
          • pantyliner.net is now owned by Kotex, a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson&Johnson.
Paul McCartney and several other people were involved in the production of this album.

This is very exciting. Broken was their best cd... Hopefully they will put out some excellant new videos for this album. The Broken movie was awesome.
Will this be their last cd?
            The dude abides.

There is no "their". Nine Inch Nails is pretty much entirely Trent Reznor. He has a touring band, but in the studio he's pretty much a oneman act, just like Prince. I can't see this being "their last cd" unless Trent Reznor dies, loses his hearing or stops calling himself Nine Inch Nails.

Well, I was more referring to Nine Inch Nails as a "their", purely because it sounds better than "his". I had heard some rumors that Trent had said he would make no more records after the next NIN album. Glad that was a lie.
