I read the printed editions of the Rocky Mountain News, Denver Post and Fort Collins Coloradoan every day, along with CSU's crappy student paper, the Collegian. Online, I mostly read slashdot, plastic.org and google news, plus some general interest forums. I don't rely on tv news at all, though NPR has some interesting stuff whenever I find myself listening to the radio (not very often).
"Those who would willingly trade essential liberty for temporary security are deserving of neither." --Benjamin Franklin
As far as the widly televised media (abc, cbs, nbc) most all american news sources I do not trust to be giving me the whole picture. The wall takes on a much differant spin when you see the dead bodies of women and children, all we see here is the destroyed buildings. The US propaganda machine is waging on in every possible sense there is not one thing I have heard or see the president do that isnt propaganda, case point, that picture of him with the perfect turkey, that was mearly a prop, the real turkey was surved cafeteria style. I really see some startling similaritys between use conquering all these countries and then detaining terrorists way similar to what the nazis did to the jews. I am not un-american, I just see where the sheep are being lead by a herder.

ck3k: When I was living in England after I moved from the states, I was very much in love with the news. On the satellite over there, we could get the BBC, but also Fox News, and it really helped to see things in a different perspective.
I like NPR, various AM show hosts (Glen Beck, G Gordon Liddy) www.ananova.com www.wired.com www.nytimes.com
the SUN
the STAR (sadly both left in England)
And before I moved, I was stuck reading the Cheyenne Tribune Eagle.
