      She has a simple way to get out of the ticket, just show the judge two images, one of a public place and the other of her.

      Next introduce the judge to a piece of software know as photoshop.

          I dont think that any photos should be able to stand up in court, with the technology today, I really dont see how they could be. I really think that it would be overturned if it was shown to be possible to do such a thing.

              The owner of the bar, Jerry Luth, told Omaha television station KETV he is extremely upset by the pictures and did not give Harrington permission to shoot the pictures at the bar.
