The color coding scheme is typical of what consulting firms such as PWC, Accenture, SAIC, etc propose to the management types. The idiocy just gets passed down the line.

The logic of using Green, Yellow, Red for everything requires that people actually know that green=good, red=bad.

Considering the number of times I've almost been nailed at intersections by people running red lights, I have little faith that sheeple know the difference

You need to catch up on the news, TIA is dead and they booted the CONVICTED felon Pointdexter outta there last summer.
