The color coding scheme is typical of what consulting firms such as PWC, Accenture, SAIC, etc propose to the management types. The idiocy just gets passed down the line.

The logic of using Green, Yellow, Red for everything requires that people actually know that green=good, red=bad.

Considering the number of times I've almost been nailed at intersections by people running red lights, I have little faith that sheeple know the difference

You need to catch up on the news, TIA is dead and they booted the CONVICTED felon Pointdexter outta there last summer.

Nothing really dies like that, only get transformed around remember. The real evil forces had been getting far more access since many years ago, by ilegal means, they have the money to finace all kind of evil treats agains US, even using in their favor the very law that is supose to protect the good people. that's in a black and white aproach... there is of course an unknown number of gray shades that still to be taken into account.
