i dislike bill gate as much as the next guy.i dont think that you should have to buy stamps for emails.but i do think they should have some kind of easy question that the should have to answer, one email and one question.the question should be like 1+2 or something like to slow down the pocess of email

You should try writing down your replies first, read and check the spelling and grammer, check to make sure it is what you want to say, THEN come here and post your replies...
Your spelling and grammer is worst than an eight year old... here's a tip: Microsoft Word has a built in spelling/grammer checker, type your reply there, press F7, check and correct, then copy and paste to the reply.
On another subject now, the more than bearably stupid idea of Stams for email???
If they want us to stick a stamp on our monitor when we click send, as mentioned before as a joke, no problem... :D :D :D
But the thought of having to PAY with a credit card, or buy an email stamp then type some code from the stamp on your email... WTF?
All of this to try to control SPAM?
Is spam REALLY this big of a problem for other people out there?
I generally don't have THAT big of a problem, but then again, what do I know...
Peace!

Maybe type your replies in Microsoft Word, use the GrammAr and spell checkAr, then copy and paste it into your post.
This is something that can get easily exploitted. Although his idea is somewhat valid due to the fact that a spammer's profit would be cut, it comes at the brunt of the consumer. Mail exists because of UN treaties, and setting up a postage system over the anonymous world wide web would be a bit, ambitious, and ridiculous.
