Just wanted to share some exciting news from our life, after years of talking about this dream we have finally done it.
We rented a small shop space in Denver, built bookcases, zine racks, display cases, etc. and bought permits the other day and now officially open. We feature used books, old & new zines, shirts, etc.
Iron Feather Book & Zine Shop
3206 Tejon, Denver, Colorado, 80211, US.
Hours: Thurs-Sun, 7am-3pm.
If you are in Colorado, stop by and say heyza. Anyone wearing a defcon shirt or badge has automatic 10% off and receives a free mix ceedee of "music for bookshops".
I'm gonna have some free coffee and perhaps free booze. Open sound system, bring some choonz and we can broadcast via internet relay to a FM pirate in SF.
We welcome your zines, art, music, shirts, etc. drop mail.
Hannah and eye plan to make it to Defcon this summer, be wicked to see everyone.
