where can I get a prefix scanner
I have looked everywhere, and I can't seem to find a prefix scanner. Could you please tell me where to get one if you know, or how you can find numbers that have carriers with out one?

The reason you cannot find a prefix scanner is due to the fact that you have not looked everywhere, or are incapable of utilizing the almighty GOOGLE - I assume you are referring to phone prefix scanner, commonly called a "war dialer" and you can look at overlay maps that are frequently updated and posted to get a feel for what part of the country you're scanning.
