Of course, that website is probably just the work of an "asshat" who was trying to create an "authentic looking website" with a hidden agenda of fooling the idiots who actually read things of the Internet (of all places). Nevermind the fscking Internet was originally developed to share information between distant locations (google for DARPA) and became a defacto method of sharing RESEARCH DATA between PROFESSORS at UNIVERSITIES.

After all, it's estimated that over 5 Exabytes of new information is created each year. There is no feasible way to store this in printed form at the local library.
