I guess hooked on phonics doesn't always work. You probably won't get anyone to drive you since you are 17, and that is still considered a minor. With the minor status comes a whole shit load of legal responsibilities for the driver of said vehicle.

Good question, and in all honesty I was allowing the phrasing to work to work to my argument's advantage :) Being a dual national, I'm assuming I fall into the former group - but the latter one could also technically apply. In short: fuck only knows :)
