Done. Many, many times. Please find a different dead horse to flog.Originally posted by AryaHello, I have recently been considering making a documentary on the state of security on the net. Topics ranging from the ethics of hacking, what the average net user is facing, all of it.Comment

I think you should do a Jackass/CKY style documentary with you attempting stupid stunts and getting hurt. I'd watch that shit."Those who would willingly trade essential liberty for temporary security are deserving of neither." --Benjamin FranklinComment

but.. what if he did it on different hackers... see see.. he could interview a bunch of them that jump in front of his camera... yeah. and he could ask them pointed questions like, "what makes you tick" .. "how much have you missed kevin mitnick" .. and all
..or! maybe he could take a slightly different angle. he could simply point out to the sco'cer moms that all hackers are evil and need to be waged war against by a swift team of federal agents capable of running spamassassin.
..or! maybe he could take a more edgy approach and show how all hackers are young rollerblading rogues that get framed for writing a virus and team up to save the planet after breaking into a really large computer's recycle bin.
... maybe spin it kinda the way FOX is going to bastardize the wonderful works of Asimov in the upcoming release of I, Robot ... ( one of many amazing books by Asimov that deserves great screenplay and helped form my love for the machine and programming )if it gets me nowhere, I'll go there proud; and I'm gonna go there free.Comment

Yeah, there's also a time-to-live equation in place when you start randomly pointing cameras at people at Defcon.Originally posted by AryaOr just show up, shoot, and see what the hell evolves without starting with a fixed view point. Rather a general topic and an open mind. Nahhhhhhhhh that's stoopid.Comment
