just courious, are you talking about the stupid $300 at an autoparts store <49cc sized scooters that you don't need a license or tags for? Or are you including real ones like a genuine vintage Vespa or Lambretta?

Vespas and lambrettas's are ok its the damn $300 ones that suck! Especially when 7 & 8 year olds ride them and almost run into cars because thier stupid ass parents dont supervise them, they rank right up there with wal-mart.
