Everything seems to be done via the DC Forums nowdays. What’s the formal way of going about seizing a ride via the Deathrace 2004 stop in Kit Carson Park [SD]. I guess I could just show up. deathrace2k.com is useless as an info site but i can imagon how much of a workload these guys have this time of the year. Thanks for the help.

So i'm wondering how everyone from around here is getting to DC. By "around here" i mean San Diego CA:La Jolla.Delmar.Cardiff.Solona Beach.Encinitas.La Costa or even further north to Oceanside. Maybe we could work out a ride situation...even so, post something so my thread doesn't suck.

There's no real "sign-up" for the Death Race per sae. Then again, it's not a race like the Cannonball either. It's always been up to the people going on the caravan to find themselves rides, and this year it's no different. We always have and always will be a "BYOR" [Bring Your Own Ride] event.

You did the right thing by posting here. And it looks like you may have found yourself a ride out. That's a good thing.

As for the website, the lack of info is going to change by tonight at the latest. I let it sit far too long and that's unfair to all y'all going out. Updates are forthcoming.
