This is with malicious intent. The girl in the apartment below me blairs music at all hours of the day and night. I can't take it anymore. I've asked several times cordially with no response. I am a Molecular Biology major, and my course load is pretty intense. I would love to simply attack her sound card, or music listening programs, I don't even know. Is there something out there to help me???? Please let me know. Thanks. :o

Call the building management; tell them that there's a problem with her.

If they fail to do anything about it, call the cops *WHILE SHE'S BLASTING HER MUSIC*.

There're also damn few substitutes for politely explaining the consequences face-to-face in a no-uncertain-terms kind of way. Capiche?

If you do not know how to even use google, you do not deserve an answer from a forum on this.

Yes, there is something "out there" to help you. You can choose to avoid the problem and find a new place to live. You can consider filing a complaint against the person for being too noisy if dealing with them directly first does not provide an equitable solution. If you have exhausted all direct methods of conflict resolution, you can involve the police or as a last resort, you can look to lawsuit.

You may write that you do not have time to do these things, but my response is this:
Do you have time to go to jail? Do you have time to deal with a lawsuit if your virus should happen to infect other computers and make people not like you and desire to sue you?

This is a public forum! You have posted a MOTIVE for committing a crime. You obviously have OPPORTUNITY. Now you are asking for a MEANS to commit a crime, and by doing so, implicate another person. Why would anyone want to help someone who has such a lack of wisdom as to yell in a crowded room, "I need to get my hands on a virus." and "I would love to simply attack her sound card..." What a nice way to draw attention to yourself! Why would anyone want to get involved with someone who draws attention to themselves by loudly asking for someone to help them break the law?
