It looks like you are asking for someone to "show you something" so you can "see it" and then watch you while you "do it", and that sounds like a request to teach you how to hack.

I've mostly gone by this simple idea....

If you know how it works, you know how to break it.... (or how others could break it)

The easiest way to learn about things.. is to READ.. and PRATICE (on yourself..duh)... Learn TCP/IP and networking, learn some programming... stop using windows... and read more....
You could start checking out sides like http://www.securitynewsportal.com/index.shtml
and http://www.securityfocus.org ...
and don't forget to read... You also could look for a defcon group in your area....
But.. Be afraid of the dark side.. DO NOT become some useless idiot script kiddie.. for a beginner.. the dark side is very appealing.. Don't give in...

I look at these questions that come from people sometimes. And i laugh, because i dont understand how someone can not see the picture.

It hurts my head. Almost as much as after last saturday night. :o
