Well Im just looking for opinions and options and maybe new suggestions onto compilers i may have missed
Now when i do searches. I come up with a galore of ms-dos compilers. I kinda dont like them to much.
My only options are.
1: Break down and buy the MSDN
2: Find something that is Open Source and puts it to shame.
I know. The Stigma attached to M$ is that. Why in the world would you ever want to program in windows or for windows. Sorry but thats where the money is at. And might as well get good at it sometime.
I have found one nice compiler. (Bloodshed Softwares Dev-C++)With the CGNU Std library. great n everything. has a few examples. But i need something that feels more complete and has a plethora of tools. Maybe what im missing are some toolkits.
So maybe i should refine my question to this.
Does anyone know of a really good Compiler/Tookit/SDK for M$ Windows. Something really good. I have done my research on this one. Just looking for options i may have missed.
Well. Thanks if you provide help.
(Note: This Post is not a double Post, Rehash, or Politcally aligned post. If you have taken it offensively. The point at which i am trying to get at is a list of good Compilers, Toolkits, and SDK or a combination of the 3 in one convienient package.)
