I am looking for a linux boot disk with excellent NTFS support. The boot disk must be able to access by floppy and maybe CD, and nothing to flashy or big. A GUI would be preferable but not necessary. The boot disk must be able to boot extremely fast into Linux. Which do you guys suggest?

This should give you a starting point to work from, particularly where NTFS is concerned under the heading of 'The Linux Bootdisk HOWTO'. Just follow those instructions with an NTFS-capable kernel and you should be set. -
