I don't think Flexilis built this during the con, but debuted it there. You may be able to dig around and find a dump of the presentation.

When looking through the archives, you may find at least 2 places where it was on video. One of those (I *think*) was in the events room (where most of the events were organized.)

I was not paying attention to him at the time, but there was discussion on the creation of the device and problems encountered when building it. (I think it was around the time of the IP Appliance contest, maybe just before.)

I seem to recall seeing either this "gun" or another on display on a stand on a table in the events room too.
