Looks as if someone was having fun with Target's website.

Oh, you must be a fellow farker. They have been posting these weird target links for the past two weeks. Based on the forums at fark, it looks as though the url ID acts as a 'helper' to describe items and price. People have figured out the coding on it, and are finding creating items to make up.

You can replace 'target.com' with 'amazon.com' in that url string, and get the exact item to appear. They use the same cart program (amazon propraitary sold to target?)
