I don't see what the problem is. The site seems to be run in part by Kevin Rose. Kevin links directly to the document in question on his personal home page.

*sigh* yeah, this is true. Slsashdot also has link to this article. Kevin is an alright guy. I just don't like the script kiddie crowd that follows him through http://www.thebroken.com. They (theBroken forums members) have posted 'confesions' to computer related crimes. Not really something I would want to associate myself with.

Maybe this is a start to Kevin making a spin on his core audiance (now that TechTV is no more)?

The Broken's forums have been taken down a long time ago. When was the last time you checked? This article was posted on slashdot today, I posted this Saturday.
