Im New To Hacking And Have Mastered Keylogger And All Those Easier Programs .
Whats The Best Program To Start Writing Software?

Though they can be effective, they require physical access. [Ooops. This is wrong. Most hardware-based keyloggers (wedge, inline adapters) require physical access, but software can be installed as part of a payload from a worm, virus or trojan. Physical access may not be required, but is what is used by most people who install these.]

First, ask yourself what language to start learning first. Then compare different interpreter or compilers for that language to determine which program will be best for your chosen language.
