Watching Movies in vcr or dvd...

Guys
This problem is really big issue for me for months.The problem is I can not able to watch movies in dvd,vcr etc.... despite of using(burning) Nero's supervideo section.Does anyone know what kind of program or strategy I should use to burn in order to watch movies in vcr dvd etc .....

This is not really a security issue, and I don't see it as a hacking issue, but here are some hints. Google for NTSC, PAL, SECAM, and also check out docs for "regional encoding" and also check for "media formats for video" lke CDR,DVD-DVD-R,VCD,SVCD,CDRW and verify what formats can be played by your DVD player. There are HOWTO to taking videos from one format (mpeg, avi, mov, qt, wvf) and converting them to a format (often mpeg) for burning to a disc that can play in a DVD player.
