Meh. This gave me a few laughs when I first read it. I wasnt even sure if this was the legitimate Oracle because this is just a little too farfetched for my liking.
Unfortunately, the contest is only for "software developers who work with Oracle software in connection with their employment, who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada, 18 years of age and older or the age of majority in their state or place of residence."
But what really stinks is you can only get 5-10 minutes of weightlessness according to the prize details! Why even go if you only get that little time =).
Do we really need to be sending programmers into space though? C'mon now.
