  • running FreeBSD in windows

I've been contemplating switching OS's for a while now, but i don't want to make a radical decision. I was looking at FreeBSD but i want to try it out first, so is there a program i can use to run FreeBSD in windows?

    One method is vmware
Another can be a dual boot system.

With the price of hardware being as low as it is why not just pick up another box to play with?

One of the many nice things about bsd is it will run nicely on older machines, so you don't need to spend too much to get a good idea of what it's like.

Your best bet is probably the FreeSBIE live CD...
