For those people who live outside the U.S., the 4th of July is Independence Day in the U.S.-- the day we celebrate our declaration of independence from England.

Why should you care if you are not from the U.S. or in the U.S.? Simple! Just like Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican celebration, in the U.S. it is just another excuse to pahhhh-teeee. So, if you find you want an excuse to party today, and you are living outside the U.S., it is fine to celebrate the 4th of July like people in the U.S. celebrate Cinco de Mayo.

Enjoy your 4th of July-- no matter where you are, or your nationality.

We will be going to to Uncle Ira's today for the annual Fourth of JulIra celebration. We'll get the grill going, set off fireworks, and shoot guns. Oh ya, and then the booze. Gonna celebrate the birth of our nation by blowing a small part of it up.

Some of us try and keep an open mind and believe that the states is not like on the simpsons. But then you just get it confirmed and you still don't believe it.

        Enjoy your Holiday!

Wait that wasn't what the 4th of July is celebrating? Shit, better take back my "Happy Birthday Bascule!" balloons before the party gets started. Also, happy birthday. I will be celebrating it by drinking and taking other people's money with mad poker skills.

The 4th is probobly my favorite holiday because i'm a huge pyro, I've been lighting off fireworks since I was five, but now most fireworks like bottlerockets and firecrackers bore me, the only thing that I buy anymore are artillery shells. Thats why I've started making my own fireworks, I have a few tutorials but really all I've made are M80's out of flash powder.

Well, Happy Independance Day to all of you on that side of the Atlantic.

Here in the Queens England, we 'subjects' have a main time for blowing things up - around Nov 5th - when I guess we're celebrating a similar thing...

...well, we would be if they hadn't caught him. :(

Even more so when you realize that he was trying to blow up the Houses of Parliament, using kegs of gunpowder.
