I wanna know about tracing a PC's IP and i will be grateful if someone tellme more about dynamic IP. Is it enough to capture one's IP once, i mean it doesnt change, and do tell me some IP tracking techniques if IP keep on changing.

What you are looking to investigate is called DHCP, aka Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.

The only rule for IPs is that everyone needs one that is exclusively assigned to them at the moment they are using it. It can even be changed while you're using the internet.
