That really sums up how many people describe working for the state/government after they have been there for a while.
As for statistics, if they had 4 people graduate from this program who were not able to find work in the private sector, some may have "defaulted" to becoming Feds.
Example: "75% of our graduates were recruited by the FBI," may sound "good" until you find it was 3 out of 4 people, and they chose FBI because nobody else liked their skillset. (This is an example of statistcial skew and spin. It is not based on facts about the cited college.)
