FBI and CIA have both been known to recruit from colleges and universities. Many if not most colleges and universities have days when different employers visit campuses to recruit people to work for them. FBI and CIA like people with degrees, but are not competetive to the private sector when it comes to wages for specialists in technical circles.

As a result, they try what they can to be aggressive with going out to meet people, and offer incentives.

One year, Priest was asked (yet again) "Are you a fed?"
To which he responded with something cryptic like this, "You can only get paid a small salary to be poked in the eye with a stick before you realize you can get paid more with less injury." (This is not an exact quote, but is as good as I can remember it.)

That really sums up how many people describe working for the state/government after they have been there for a while.

As for statistics, if they had 4 people graduate from this program who were not able to find work in the private sector, some may have "defaulted" to becoming Feds.

Example: "75% of our graduates were recruited by the FBI," may sound "good" until you find it was 3 out of 4 people, and they chose FBI because nobody else liked their skillset. (This is an example of statistcial skew and spin. It is not based on facts about the cited college.)

This is the reason behind the statement "Find the answers through unconnected sources." The college will say whatever it thinks you want to hear to get you to apply.

After looking into this college and many of the feedback links presented in the thread, I strongly urge Demon Furor to research many other less expensive options for college first. As you stated, both the FBI and CIA recruit from colleges. This includes the state colleges (which have better finanical aid options). Considering that Demon wants to be a Fed, and he'll make less money doing it, he may want to plan his financials for post-HS education very carefully (eg. having large school loans to pay off sucks hind tit).

Yes. You made a good point in your statement to which I replied, and I wanted to add my agreement with you and an example.

Truth and Advertising-- even colleges can use SE in advertising, and it sometimes works.

Look at the range of courses they offer - they'll teach you to be an airplane mechanic, security guard, fashion designer, or infosec specialist (amongst other things).

Granted, most colleges and universities have a broad spectrum of courses - but this is sounding remarkably like a trade school masquerading as a college.

Take that for what it's worth.
