Will the speakers presentations from DC 13 be available for purchase as transcripts? I may not be able to attend as the heat in LV almost desicated my skin last year.

The Defcon Archive Page shows that tapes and cds are available from The Sound of Knowledge. They don't appear to be in transcript form, but rather in audio. It also offers streaming from the server:

All content is streamed using Real Networks Real Server in TCP RTSP mode only (port 554). If you don't have a Real Player capable of this, you will need one. Note: The "PerfectPlay" option seems to mess things up, so I suggest you disable this feature.

Any FED here doing transcripts of the talks? Is there anyway you could send me a copy of them or is there any form I can fill to receive them?

I have a hard time listening to tapes-my learning style is more visual. Its just my preference but if they are only on audio cassette, then Ill go that route. Thanks for the help.
