Obviously official defcon activities start tomorrow, but are there any interesting activities going on tonight??

HighWiz provided a list of events

Tuesday was Quarks.
Wednesday was SushiCon2.

IIRC, there was the TBBQ that has happened. There were some BH events sponsored by businesses that some DC people may have SE their way to visit.
The Summit is Thursday eve. As for BH events, you'll have to ask around. One or more was mentioned on the forums in a post. Other BH things were discussed in other conversation that I can't remember.
