CTF images

So I'm thinking about participating in Defcon's next CTF contest, but I'm pretty sure I'll suck butt at it, and I'd like to get some practice.

That being said, I'd also like to not get fined or jail time for it, so does anyone know if the Ghetto Hackers or other defcon organizers provide old CTF .iso's or .vmx's or the like?
