              Actually.. I just received word the other day that Defcon was cancelled for 2006.. I have yet to receive information specifically why, but I think it has to the year being too logically close to '2600'.
              if it gets me nowhere, I'll go there proud; and I'm gonna go there free.

                  Yeah. I hear that it's not going to happen this year also. I didn't believe it, but I already got a refund for my DefCon deposit.

                      yeah i heard it's cause the new owners of blackhat don't want to be tied to peons like us. it makes me sad on the inside.
