          heh, my truck runs linux.

          well, the stereo does, anyway...

picked up an old, used model one of the empeg MP3 player units a long time ago from a friend. eventually the thing died, but the guys at the company (really cool bunch of techies in some garage in england, then Rio bought them out and shut down the project, fuckers) sent me the model two at no cost. rock.

I don't feel cool when I go there. I'm tired of seeing John Mayer's face pop up. I feel like I'm being hustled when I visit there, and I don't think their product is that great. DRM, low bit rate, etc... OiNK it existed because it filled a void of what people want."

            No way?

I like his outfit better than I like Linux

I was at SCALE yesterday pimping LayerOne, and I can safely say that that car has more collective zealotry on it than was present at the conference.

              Sad, sad, sad.

I'd put money on that picture being taken at the Linux Users group in Santa Clara thats held on the Sun Campus. I think I've met that man before...

Well, Prozac...is that man as queer as he looks?

Fanny pack and legs crossed don't make him look very manly.

He also looks like someone whom you would have to kill if forced to stay in the same room with alone.

He seems like the sort of person you punish a computer crimes person by making them share company.

You are incarcerated for 5 years with Linux Man.

Oh, and what's with the utility belt/fanny pack combo? Is he "Linux Police"?

I believe that was the general consensus on the majority of SVLUG members that we met that night. Some of them were in really bad need of a woman's touch.

I would have to disagree with the fanny pack comment though. You just gotta know the true purpose of the fanny pack.

Never know what that Linux geek might be packin'.
