Practice before competition?

What kind of practice time are we allotted before the competition? Do we get to use the setup the night before or anything like that? Everything is going along quite nicely on my end of the project.

Added that to the rules page a few months ago:

Practice time: Friday afternoon the arena will be set up for several hours. Scheduling will be done at con, aiming to give each team an equal opportunity to practice.

The arena is also available in southern california if anyone wants to come visit.
