I don't suppose anyone from Alberta is planning on driving down just for DEFCON and interested in sharing a ride/room?
per the suggestion thread, here's what I'm looking at:
1. email me at: varjeal at hotmail dot com (use subject line something like DEFCON TRIP or something like that)
2. looking to go down on the wednesday or thursday before CON and leaving the Sunday afternoon. Specific details on time and location for pickup can be discussed elsewhere.
3. I prefer non-smoking and non-drinking (I'm not fussy what you do at CON). Will split costs on fuel/ rooms, etc. and please be over 18 and hetero male(s) so we can get across the border safely and my wife won't kill me. I wouldn't mind going with a group if space permits.
4. Prefer a clean hotel room as close to CON as possible. Doesn't have to be fancy, and I pack light.
5. We'd take your vehicle (hopefully comfortable with good gas mileage of course, it's a long drive).
