Healthy for both h3 and I falls under the category of: low sodium, low sugar, *lean protein type meats, whole grains, and lots of veggies.

Perhaps we should go restaraunt hunting together sometime then, since that is similar to how I eat. I need a place where 90% of the menu isn't pasta, white rice, potatoes and steak.

I haven't done very many buffets in Vegas, but the Alladin was quite good and I believe had a Middle Eastern station. I'm not a vegetarian, but there are many vegetarian dishes I enjoy.

Sounds like a good plan to me.

Straight up, that's what i'm talking about. Spend $20 on a buffet tops and eat for the entire day. Shit, don't forget to bring ziplocks or sew a few extra pockets into your coats .

For the price, its hard to beat the Palms Buffet. The only ones I'd avoid are the buffets at the Sahara (worst ever) and Frizgerald's (downtown).
The buffets at Main Street Station and Gold Nugget are also good if you're not interested in spending a fortune.

Lemme start by pointing out that Las Vegas hospitals are the last places next to the Clark County Jail that you want to visit when in Las Vegas, so much so I recommend everyone to get a private air ambulance card if you think you might spend a little time in one of the local hospitals...

The last place I would go to for the buffet in Las Vegas has to be the Aladdin Hotel and Casino, I won't go into all of the gory details, but something there poisoned me so badly I was almost considering visiting the abovementioned sh*thole hospitals for a double bag of I.V.'s in each arm just so I could make my flight out that night.
