Deluxe rooms have them, the rest don't. I believe this is covered in the hotel thread.

Your welcome to store booze in my fridge if you like, but the tax will be quite high :)

hopefully they have fridges, and if so... they're better than the fridges at the alexis park.

just to close out this thread and for the future: the deluxe rooms which were given to us at the Defcon room rate, did not have fridges

You must have been in the South Mediterranean tower then. Only Monte Carlo has fridges. Also, in case registration was not informative about it, only the Monte Carlo and South Mediteranean towers are deluxe rooms. Monte Carlo also has ice on every floor. The fridges are very small... half the size of a normal hotel fridge, but they still work well. You can also request/demand a fridge if you are elsewhere. I don't know if they deliver what they promise, but I was going to throw a stink until I got one.

Actually, he could have been in the Monaco, where a lot of us were put. No fridge at the 61st.

He said he had a deluxe room. Only two towers have deluxe rooms, though hotel staff may have "fudged" a little and said it was a deluxe room in Monaco - those rooms are "superior." I was told my room was deluxe, when i was talking about Monaco (most definitely not deluxe on the 43rd floor), but i have no idea which reservation she was looking at... there was some confusion when I checked in - we got mixed up with another room.

                    From the site:
                    Deluxe Rooms
The Mediterranean South Tower features deluxe rooms that are our most spacious accommodations, offering a peaceful respite from the excitement that is Las Vegas. The Tower has 12 floors with amenities including refrigerators, hair dryers, optional irons and ironing boards, and Non-smoking accommodations are also available.

The Monte Carlo Tower is conveniently located between the Main Casino and the Convention Center area and like the Mediterranean has spacious, comfortable rooms which also include refrigerators, hair dryers, clocks, optional irons and ironing boards and either a King or two Double Beds. Many rooms are available with tables and chairs by bay windows. Non-smoking rooms are also available.

                    Superior Rooms
                    ...
The elegant Monaco Tower has 23 floors and is located close near The Riviera’s many Convention facilities. King size or two Double Beds are available. The Monaco Tower offers some of the most breathtaking views of Las Vegas with picture postcard settings out of every window. Non-smoking accommodations are also available.
You'll notice their site says they have fridges in both towers, but this is not so.

Well, our ghetto method of "ice in trash can" worked somewhat... will need to keep this in mind for next year :(

yeah, coolers worked well for us... was nice to be in a hotel where the ice machines weren't tapped out all the time.

I don't feel cool when I go there. I'm tired of seeing John Mayer's face pop up. I feel like I'm being hustled when I visit there, and I don't think their product is that great. DRM, low bit rate, etc... OiNK it existed because it filled a void of what people want."

I had the big penthouse at the top of the Riv, there wasn't an ice machine on the floor at all!

We had a fridge, but no microwave. And the bar had no bottle opener! They charged us $2.50 to bring one up!

yeah.. our room in the san remo (aka shitty tower) had no fridge... There seemed to be no hope in sight of getting one..

We just filled the trashcan with ice and it worked out OK.
