They did not release it at DC9 b/c there were still some questions around how anonymous it actually was. And they wanted to make sure it was solid before it went public.

CDC is doing beta testing and has been since july... The beta testing is closed to the public. When PeetaBooty is released it will be released with an "Open Source" license... Not sure which one. Its up to them.

Ok...if I remember correctly, Peek a booty is no longer a cDc project in the strict sense of the word although some cDc members are involved.
