Am I the only one who thinks this list sucks? Shouldn't Grace Hopper be #1? Why is Lisa Simpson on it (and why isn't Lisa Randall)? Why is Lisa Simpson ranked higher than Marie Curie?

That list is all nice, and faddy. I had a nasty joke related to Anne Ramsey, but that wouldn't go over too well with all the politically correct fundamentalists.

My own personal list would have to include Jeri Ellsworth on it. she's got brains, motivation, and I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers.

Hedy Lamarr would make the cut also, since she holds a patent for WWII-era frequency hopping. IIRC, it was done with parts from a player piano, and allowed for 88 frequencies (same number of keys on most pianos).

Brainy chicks make me feel like a plum exploded in my pants.

The author of that list cannot possibly expect to have it's reader's take the list seriously. Paris Hilton, does not condorn respect regarding intelligence. Lisa Simpson is a fictional character. Maybe perhap's Ada Byron has a place in tha list, based upon the defintion of the term 'geek' keeping this in mind.
