Sorry about being so slow, but life has been busy!
So I've decided to keep the rules and format pretty much the same as last year. DC15 went so well that we'll give it another shot! There *will* be a black target this year though, so make sure you don't shoot black.
Last years winners have already said that they're *not* coming back, so the rest of you have a shot at being #1 without making it your college senior project! :)
