Ok, so because I am extremely tired and wiped of all energy at the moment, I need to say a few things before I forget again. To sum things up, thank you to everyone I spent time with at con, to the people I got to know a little better, to all the amazing love i got from almost everyone I saw, I've never gotten so many smiles and hugs at a show ever before! I loved feeling welcomed into the pack, to feel missed and to know that my online friends and family care and are just as awesome and loving in person as on the screen which is slowly destroying my retinas. This community with all it's up's and downs means so much to me and for the opportunity to grow in it and see us all getting older, married, having kids, not drinking as much (as we used to), and it STILL being the highlight of the year is plenty to be thankful for.

Speaking of retinas...I hope Dana your eyes are better!

Seriously, thanks to you all! This year was so awesome and ran so smoothly I can't wait till next year! And yes Neil...I'll marry you.

Everyone who came to Quarks Tuesday night. The Trekkies were there in droves but we still managed to carve out a space after a large table was opened (thanks to dr. kaos). The last warp core breach....
Sulu: passed him on my way out of the hilton buffet the next day.
GM1: Sorry I missed Sushicon...you did a great job on the TBBQ. Sorry I can't remember that great looking dark haired girl you were talking to at the Riv bar later...

DC404: the most talks, the best t-shirt, and the largest raid on In'n out Sahara I've ever seen (1 limo, 4 taxis)

Strange visitors from a distant country: Renderman and GF; you have to respect a man who can track 802.11* with his mind.

People I didn't see much: Ashley, Meee, Xodia, Noid, Flea, Queeg, Skroo, Highwiz, Thorn, Cotman
Three Riv security guys who were threatened by my pants came to my room 10:30 am Sat: "Due to the nature of this conference some people were concerned". On the 23rd floor, my pants were hanging out the window maybe 8 inches to dry. Wow, a lot of free time there.
Riv Security also asked to buy a DC404 t-shirt the next day. Mouse: So good to see you at Quarks and then later...

TBBQ: This went off great! Loved the cooking challenges, that rickety old bus, the fact that cops never bothered us and we were able to stay relatively quiet. For so many people it is good that we have the room for us all. At this rate we will be larger than Defcon in 10 years. Good work all!
