My team and I have competed in the challenge every year so far, We are one of the smaller teams and will come in again this year ready to kick some butt( well finishing is really the goal, winning would be interesting)

As a mystery box newb, I sat in and shoulder surfed with a 2 man team last year and was amazed at the prep work LosT puts into this challenge.

In exercising my train of thought, I watched a certain youtube video then thought about the colors, and other german videos I've seen which are definitely not allowed on youtube. That then got me thinking about acts outside of the society norm, which brought me to a hanging in Bangkok. The only thing I can think about now, is why a yellow rope and a black rope?

in this vein... have you ever taken the time to check out Ian's Shoelace Site? I thought it was a joke at first when someone sent me a link there... but it's fucking awesome!

note... this is not a hint, at least i think it's not. i'm not in the contest this year due to time constraints so i have no knowledge of the current puzzle. then again, LosT and i think alike at times, and he's cool enough to already know of that shoelace site. so maybe he did want people to notice shoelaces and go there.

heh... now i'm wondering if this was a hint, even without my trying to give a hint. twilight zone kinda stuff, baby.
