I was the guy who used to knock kids over when I played dodge ball. They had to change the rules, just for me at Cherry Creek Elementary.

I personally use foursquare, and the way I look at it is like this: It is akin to all those goofy little games that people play out there, where the player is just grinding away at accomplishing something (Mafia Wars, Ogame, Travian, Legends of Zork, etc) to get more stuff in the game or awards or something. Its just that you play it in the real world. I think services like dodgeball or foursquare encourage people to explore their cities a little bit more.
