Where can you sign up for the competitions?

Hi,
I wanna sign up for the "Speed Picking Competition". Will it be in a thread or should you sign up at Defcon?

the speed picking, if it happens, is an on-site sign-up.

Likewise, Gringo Warrior (the official picking contest) tends to be an on-site sign-up.
