HHV Planning and Coordination - Who's driving the boat?

I'm starting this thread to kick off any HHV planning and/or coordination that needs to happen. We have a group of folks ready to volunteer again but so far no updates on any plans for how things will operate this year. I'm thinking Russ or LosT will see this and either say it's too early to plan this yet or use it to coordinate/disseminate information.

Here's what we know so far:

1. We're getting a bigger skybox
2. We've beat to death the suggestions for what to do better this year so have that info from previous threads and the HHV Wiki.
3. We have a few folks that are returning from last year plus new folks that want to help this year with running the joint.

What's next?

Russ and I created the village. Joe and A are principle players as well.

We appreciate the help and suggestions, and will have more information soon.

We do have TWO skyboxes this year.
