I'll have to check what the limit on radio power transmission in Vegas would be.
You'd have to run it unlicensed even if you ran it in the amateur band. The FCC frowns upon encrypted messages.

Yes, but we aren't controlling a space station, or are we?

It would be fine because technically number stations don't exist, which is why they're illegal to listen to (wait, what?).

You guess that you shouldn't guess? Are you sure?

                          Re: 三顧茅盧

Oh I for got to mention, the title line is Chinese. An invitation (thrice fold) to join a quest from the old classic "Romance of the Three kingdoms".

                          Here's a snippet from online
                          -------------------------------------------------------------------------
                          It's Chinese.

                          The Japanese translation is 三顧の礼.

In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Liu Bei visited Zhuge Liang 3 times before he has him as one of his men. So the phrase means visiting someone 3 times to hire or invite him, more broadly, trying to hire or invite someone with utmost respect.
                          -------------------------------

Zhuge is an unusual Chinese surname and because he was a cunning strategist, it is now sort of a nickname for a cunning strategist.

A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
