    I think Joe wants to meet Adam too ;) (Kingpin 4 life!)

    OMG I forgot about the marshmallow fight. I never heard, did anyone get charged for that huge mess we left? That was like the most epic penthouse marsh-fling EVER. We SO need to do that again. Only not in my room.

    Hope your hair is still pink....

    HEHE, I found this:

    but I think the pics are gone....

    Take it back. Me, In a room filled with marshmallows and chocolate of various foreign places and cacao. Maybe I'll let a few people in.....

    I'll put out an application process if there appears to be an interest to be present in my fluffy little heaven. I'll put my husband on the list, cause I have to contractually. And L0sT can handle marshmallows, so he can be the official stay puff quality control officer... but all others need to byom&c (marshmallow-n-chocolate) to offer me your DEF CON Demi-Goddess.

    Yeah, that's who I want to meet at DEF CON, that about answers it. F$k everything else.

        I show up because all of you are my family and this is the one time a year I get to have everyone together. Sounds gay but I really do feel that way. With that said the coolest person I have ever met (and got to spend a bunch of time with) at Blackhat/Defcon is Robert Morris Sr.

        Nothing but respect for the man.

            Well put and I'd have to agree. I'm not new to cons, so I know that sometimes the person sitting next to you at a presentation can easily become a really great friend. I have no intention of avoiding interactions with those around me to seek out the "rich and infamous", but there are some people I think would be neat to shake hands with.

            But honestly, my priorities are in hanging out with the people that I have made friends with over time and have constantly encouraged me and pushed me forward. I'd say they know who they are, but they probably don't. : >

              No, my hair isn't pink anymore, it was too hard a process on my hair, made it into straw :-( although, I might look for something cute to do this year.

              As for the marshmallows, don't think that can't happen again. Maybe on Friday night.....in a skybox..

                If you're looking for awesome stuff to do with your hair, mohawk-con has an open seat at the clippers for you. You know you want to show Neil that he isn't the only one with bad ass hawk!

                    Honestly...I haven't decided on the hawk for this year or not. I'm thinking too many folks are doing it now. Maybe I'll start reverse mohawk con this year. What do you think?

                      I love mohawks, but I shaved my head before and I did not like it one bit. I prefer it on men or attractive women. That and I MISS my long hair a lot, so does Neil. He would be really upset. He would glare at you angrily just for suggesting it actually. :-)

                        Isn't "reverse mohawk" just a fancy name for male pattern baldness?

                        I was thinking of going fire engine red. Nikita, any advice? :) Then again, after this weekend I have been tempted to go for an Acid Burn look. (But only if I can find a classic suzuki biker jacket and nice leather pants.)

                            If you are used to dying your hair an extreme color and you know what to expect, do it. Otherwise I offer this as "cons"

                            1. You have to bleach bleach bleach your hair before you dye it a non conventional color.

                            2. You will get roots. This means you have to bleach bleach bleach again, only this time you can't get any bleach on what you already bleached or your hair will fall out more than it has already. My natural is a med blonde,an ashy light brownish blonde. Each time I bleached it was 2 or 3 treatments, that's bleaching for ~3-4hrs, something to consider. My hair was also SHORT, neck length bob. The longer your hair the longer this will take and the longer the process to get it right. If you've bleached before you know that the middle can be orange while the roots & tips are yellow. Arrrgh. Also, dark roots with pink hair looks bad, the most slight amount of roots growing in ruins the whole look on me. So bleaching and touching up became consistent and expensive.

                            3. The lighter you have to make your base color the worse condition your hair will be in. I went White since I was doing pink. Since you are thinking of a red, your base can be orange or yellow which isn't so bad. Think about the color wheel before you mix, lol.

                            4. We have now officially thread jacked this into discussions about hair.

                            Ps, one more thing. my hair has still not recovered from pink from last defcon. When you bleach your hair, especially the lighter you go, the less it is able to take on new color if you want to dye over it. It took me 4 attempts to get my hair to take a normal color after that. I had a purple/ashy/green/brown/reddish mix for a few days on my hair because the hair simply was not healthy enough to re dye. I still have a few streaks in my hair that are "Off color" if you look at them in the right light. Consider that if you HATE what you do to your hair, you might be stuck with poor condition hair and a battle on getting it to take a new more conventional color when you tire of it. I recommend streaking/highlighting, or choosing a color which doesn't require heavy bleaching from your existing hair color. The lighter your hair is now naturally, the easier the process will be.

                                I would have liked that too, the first year we talked about it, or the second year, or the third year.... Now it is just a running joke or metaphor for something that doesn't happen.

                                We three should use it in cases where one of the following doesn't quite fit:
                                * When Hell freezes over
                                * When cows fly

                                We can start now!

                                When will that happen? When we three have pho together at Pho Hoa!

                                True, even if it ever does happen.

                                Also, I got tired of waiting for all of us to go there, so I went there on my own 2 or 3 years ago and some with someone else. I'd go back again with you guys. Let's make plans to do that. When?

                                When we three have pho together at Pho Hoa!

                                This is a fun! :-)
