The people who got upset were staff and security at the Rivera. You know how they found out? BECAUSE THEY READ THESE FORUMS!

Not only did you piss the Riv off, but you almost got the Top of The Riv closed down. And the people renting that space are not pleased with you either.

You aren't off to a very good start there sparky.

Sorry to disappoint, Thorn, his story can't include me, I'm not in Vegas until tomorrow. However, there had better have been at least one good car chase, and explosions no good spy story is complete without explosions.

Currently NGC 224, but I have had my eye on expanding my territory to NGC 4594 as well.

It looks to me like this post has lead to reactions that are identical to those found when users are trolling. This antagonizes users. I've seen it happen occasionally with other users, and often let that slide, as have the other mods, but it seems like you generate the same results as a troll and I've noticed a trend of this.

If it didn't seem to follow you around so much, I'd dismiss it like I do with other users.

This is your only warning on trolling the forums for reactionary responses from users.

Here's an idea. When visiting Defcon, try not to piss off the entire community you will be surrounded by at Defcon with your ridiculous ideas of hilarity and/or lame attempts at being a "social butterfly" of "epic" proportions. Others have done and will do it all better anyway. We just like messing with you for awhile for our own amusement.

Did you mean to reply to me? [Context suggests you are replying to bluerules about the content, but I'm just trying to see if you were looking for a reply from me or the other user.]

Sorry for the confusion, I was taking your commentary and running with it in regards to the original poster. Got a bit shirty for the fun of it but I see where it was confusing.

                        Re: Party Planning Too

unless this dude is independently wealthy or has some serious backing, I'd say its probably just him, his room, and some high hopes of a kick ass BYOB party.

From my extremely limited experience I'd say it costs a couple thousand dollars to just have a party run at the Riv plus if he is claiming 3-4 rooms that's another $400.. It is doable but in this case from previous posts I'd say highly unlikely.

Again I cannot speak for anyone else, but in my opinion this is a troll looking for a reaction.. and he has gotten plenty of that.
