Attach image to a post using mobile app for DEF CON Forums
If you have a mobile device running the mobile app for DEF CON Forums, you can try this.
Start a post or reply to a post, then look to the top-right corner and choose the attach image icon which may look like a paperclip:
Chose if the image will be taken with your camera or as a library file you have stored on your device.
Take the picture or locate and select the file.
Then you should be able to attach an image using... -

How do I upload or attach images to a post on the DEF CON forums?
Do you want to attach an image to a new post you are creating in a desktop web browser?
Locate the "Image" icon in the horizontal bar of icons just above the space you type your post, and select it:
A new pop-up should appear. Select the "Upload" tab in that pop-up.
Click on the "Browse.." button and then locate the image you want to upload, on your device, and select it.
