Ann Dercover is on the run, and you're hot on her trail as she travels around the globe hacking companies, stealing intellectual property, launching 0-day attacks and setting up sneaky backdoors. *You are the forensic investigator.* You've got multiple packet captures all leading to a final answer. Can you analyze the traffic and solve the crime by Sunday?
Individuals and/or teams may participate in this challenge that could last up to 3 days. There are 6 levels of difficulty with points awarded for completion and speed. Prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring teams, and include a Verizon 3g Extender and $150 ThinkGeek gift certificate. We will be handing out contest materials starting on Thursday at 10:00 AM @ our contest booth. The contest will officially start at 10:00 AM on Friday. There will also be a bonus round starting on Saturday to add another degree of difficulty.
