All contests, events, and social gatherings mentioned above here have forums, including the Wireless Village and Artwork Contest which may or may not happen.

If your contests, event or social gathering is mentioned above as something to happen, but does not have a forums yet, please let me know about my failure.

Unhandled contests, events, parties, and social gatherings after this point should be added in the next forum cycle.

I just booked hotel and flight for Defcon 20 so unless something changes, I have every intention of running the Wireless Village again this year.

I received a PM from GreatScott! on forums for Defcon entertainment. This year we are going to do things a little differently and take advantage of subforums for things he runs under the umbrella of Defcon Entertainment. if you have a similar circumstance, pose an argument to support this for you, and we'll see if we can come to a similar agreement.

The first forum (master) for this is "[forum=647]DEF-CON XX Official Arts & Entertainment Planning+Update Forum[/forum]," with the following description. (This description may change; it was copied forward from last year.)

Russ sent me an email a few weeks ago saying he and Lost were handing over the HHV to "A" but I did not hear from "A" about it, so I emailed "A" tonight to ask about the status after a PM from bombnav and eris.

"A" replied, we exchanged a few PM, and now there is a forum live, for the HHV.

Jayson.Street announced intention to bring back BloodKode as "BloodKode Challenge 2.0" so added to the queue of forums to make in the next cycle.
